Setter Camille Conner returns for her fifth and final season in Aggieland in 2021. The Katy, Texas native is one of the most productive performers in the show’s history. the 2008 season. The Seven Lakes High School product is the fourth in Aggie’s history in attendance of all time and will once again serve as a pivotal axis in the team’s offense next year.
On the net, the Aggies punch back with seniors Mallory Talbert and London Austin-Roark. Both known for their versatility on defense and their impressive attacking skills on the offensive side, Talbert and Austin-Roark expect continued success in the central blocking position. In addition, Madison Bowser, a native of Woodbridge, Virginia, returns for her second season in a red shirt.
In the needles, Kuhn returns two high-volume hitters with junior Lauren Davis and Morgan Christon. Christon, a native of McKinney, Texas, made the most of his 12 appearances last season, reserving a better team of 3.59 kills per game, and also finished third on the team in total kills. Davis, a native of Orlando, Florida, appeared in all 18 games and finished with a maximum of 170 dead on the team in 2020. The Aggies will also see Hecht, senior Camryn Ennis and junior drummer Treyaunna Rush returning to Reed Arena this year.
In the back row, the squad welcomes four returning players, with seniors Taylor Voss and Allison Fields, junior Sabrina Sustala and sophomore Erica Lowery. Sustala, originally from Cypress, Texas, proved to be one of Kuhn’s most prolific advocates after compiling 170 digs throughout the 2020 season. The Cypress Ranch product finished second on the team with 2.50 digs per game, leading all the defensive specialists returning.
