Texas is coming to another tough winter, according to the Farmers Almanac

Texas lawmakers made some changes to prepare for future harsh weather incidents during the 2021 legislative session. The measures change the board structure of the nonprofit organization that operates the Texas power grid and sets rules for air conditioning of power plants and some natural gas suppliers.

For this year, the Almanac has predicted that some parts of the country will experience an active storm track that will lead to a stretch of rainfall in various forms, including rain, snow, sleet and ice.
