Texas tourist arrested for pointing driver at gun during a rabies incident

FORT WALTON BEACH, Florida (WKRG) – Texas visitor charged with aggravated assault with fatality
gun after a report of rage on Fort Walton beach.

The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO) says Billy Eugene Steward, 31, was in the back seat of a white Dodge Charger on Highway 98 on Sunday night.

The victim told OCSO deputies that they touched the charger in the left lane of HWY 98 trying to make a left turn when the signs tell you not to.

The victim moved into the right lane and continued in the same direction as the loader when drivers began arguing.

That’s when the victim and her passenger told deputies they saw Steward grab a gun in the back seat and aim it at the victim’s car.

Later, OCSO found the magazine in Fort Walton Beach as described by the victim and deputies identified the weapon and the suspect.
